I have to admit that your customer service is well above the standard level that I’ve received from other aircraft businesses. I was expecting a “shrug of the shoulders” response regarding the limited two year warranty for a battery I purchased three years ago. What I was surprised to learn is that your company is more interested in supporting their client’s than hiding behind a disclaimer. The EarthX customer service response, to my issue, was direct, quick and exceeded my expectations. I will continue supporting your products in terms of purchasing your products and speaking highly of the treatment received from your company. Keep up the great work. Jim C
